2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Clovareen website or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the platform.

6. Platform Availability

Clovareen aims to maintain the platform's availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned downtime where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clovareen Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to access the platform. Clovareen's total liability in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for access to the platform in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

8. Changes to the Platform and Terms

Clovareen may update these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of material changes where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We may also modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
